Cancellation Policy

1. Age & Identification All clients must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the appointment. A valid, government-issued photo ID (State ID, Driver's License, Military ID, or Passport) is required upon arrival. No minors are permitted in procedure suites under any circumstances, even with parental consent. 2. Private Suite Privacy & Guest Policy Apex Tattoo Collective is a luxury, private-suite facility designed to offer a calm, distraction-free environment. Each client is permitted one (1) adult guest (18+) to accompany them in the suite. Children, infants, and pets (with the exception of registered service animals) are strictly prohibited from entering clinical suites. 3. Deposits & Retainers All appointment deposits are paid directly to your selected independent resident artist to reserve studio needle-time. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo session. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. Arriving more than 20 minutes late without direct artist communication may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your booking retainer. 5. Health, Safety & Clinical Sanitation If you are experiencing fever, cold/flu symptoms, skin infections, or open wounds in the procedure area, notify your artist immediately to reschedule. You must not be under the influence of alcohol, blood-thinning narcotics, or recreational drugs. Our artists reserve the absolute right to refuse service to anyone impaired.
